This cross country training clinic is focused on building confidence and having fun in a relaxed, friendly and encouraging environment.

Jane Hussell is a versatile, enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainer with many years experience, teaching all disciplines at all levels, from beginner to seasoned competitor. She is committed to helping you gain confidence and get the most out of your riding. 

The Main Cross Country course has a variety of fences ranging from 60cm - 110cm and includes two water complexes, a range of steps, banks and ditches. In addition, we have use of the Mini Cross Country course which is situated in an enclosed field with fences ranging from 15cm – 60cm also including a small bank and a ditch. 

The maximum group size will be 4 so please let us know what height you are looking to jump and also anything else you would like to work on when booking.   

Clothing Standards

Hard Hats (to current British Riding Club (BRC) requirements) MUST be worn with the chin strap correctly fastened at all times when mounted by ALL riders. 

Body protectors are compulsory for cross country.

Cancellation

I understand if I cancel up to 5 days before the clinic, I will receive a refund less £5 admin charge. However, if I cancel within 5 days of the clinic, no refund will given unless my place can be filled.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel an event we will offer alternative arrangements, if these are not acceptable to you we will refund all of the event, but will not be responsible for any other loses incurred.

Bad Weather Conditions: activities might be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, you should contact the event organiser before you leave for the centre if the weather is in doubt. We reserve the right to cancel riding because of bad weather at anytime. The committee's decision is final.
