The aim of our ‘from the judges box’ social & educational evening is a fun evening to raise money for BORC funds at which both audience and guinea pig riders can learn how they can improve their test riding whilst also catching up with friends and meeting other members in a relaxed setting..

The riders, who are working at, or aspiring to the test level they are riding, will be judged by David Trott International and list 1 National Dressage Judge and great coach, who is able, in an easy-to-understand way, to describe exactly what the judge expects to see in the different movements of tests and help riders of all levels attain their personal bests.

David will judge our guinea pig riders with the ‘audience’ sitting behind and able to hear his ‘warts and all’ thoughts and comments. After a quick post test analysis he will work with the rider on some key areas in which they can improve and then they will re ride their test.

There will be an Intro and a Prelim test before a break for  a light supper of cheese, wine* and nibbles followed by riders at Novice and an Elementary plus of course lots of time for discussion and chatting.

The venue, Kingswood Equestrian is easy to get to  (just off the A41 between Bicester and Waddesdon) and has lots of hard standing car parking, but not enough chairs so please bring your own !!

The evening is organised by the members of the show jumping team to help riase funds for the club so please support us by attending, bringing friends and car sharing where possible.
