The Eventer Challenge is a ‘Derby’ style competition with a section of 8-10 show-jumps leading to 6-8 efforts over portable fixed cross-country fences and finishing over a Joker fence.

100 cm – SJ section – maximum height 1.05cm –maximum spread 1.55cm – XC section – maximum hight 1.05cm – maximum spread 1.80cm – Overall speed 375 mpm.

90 cm – SJ section – maximum height 0. 95cm – maximum spread 1.40cm – XC section – maximum height 0. 95cm – maximum spread 1.50cm – Overall speed 360 mpm.

Horse/rider combinations MUST have completed 2 events competently at BE90, BRC HT90, BRC AE90, BRC CC9 or  PC90. Horse/rider combinations must not have competed at either CIC3*, CCI3* or higher in the preceeding 2 seasons. No horse or rider combination may compete in more than one Eventer Challenge competition at Blenheim. You may only compete on 1 day.

All hats must be current standard and tagged with PINK coloured hat tags. Back protectors are mandatory and must have the purple 2018 label All horses/ponies must be 5 years of age or over and must be vaccinated against equine influenza.
