Cancellation

Once times sent / confirmed with instructor: If the booking is cancelled by "the booker", a refund (less £5 administration Fee) or a transfer to another event will only be given if the organiser or booker is able to fill the place.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel an event we will offer alternative arrangements, if these are not acceptable to you we will refund all of the event, but will not be responsible for any other loses incurred.

Bad Weather Conditions: activities might be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, you should contact the event organiser before you leave for the centre if the weather is in doubt. We reserve the right to cancel riding because of bad weather at anytime. The committee's decision is final.

Clothing Standards

Hard hats  (to current British Riding Club (BRC) requirements) MUST be worn by ALL rider, together with gloves and riding boots. Hats are to be of correct standard and not have a stiff peak. 

Body protectors are obligatory (level 3 BETA standard or equivalent) for all arena eventing and cross country events and are also strongly recommended for show jumping.

The venue for this event list the following in respect of correct back protector standards.

“There are three international equestrian safety standards for foam-based body protectors: 1. EN 13158 2. ASTM F1937 and, 3. ASTM F2681. BETA standard needs to be at Level 3 for use on a XC course (blue 2018 label)”
