Arena Eventing with Pauline Ricketts at Aston on 24th Sept aimed as a 'sharpener' for the Area AE qualifier but open to all members.

Please note that Arena Hire must be booked directly by rider on the Aston le Walls website for a separate fee, this ticket is for the tuition part of the clinic only .

Cancellation

Once times sent / confirmed with instructor: If the booking is cancelled by "the booker", a refund (less £5 administration Fee) or a transfer to another event will only be given if the organiser or booker is able to fill the place.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel an event we will offer alternative arrangements, if these are not acceptable to you we will refund all of the event, but will not be responsible for any other loses incurred.

Bad Weather Conditions: activities might be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, you should contact the event organiser before you leave for the centre if the weather is in doubt. We reserve the right to cancel riding because of bad weather at anytime. The committee's decision is final.

Clothing Standards

Hard Hats and Body Protectors (To current British Riding Club (BRC) requirements) MUST be worn by ALL riders.
